Recovery

Recovery- we talked about Recovery last week and its importance. This week we will introduce a simple formula. Each work out is worth negative 15 points (-15). Each full night of sleep is plus 3 points (+3). Each day of diet on course is +3. 30 minute Walk is +3 Points. 10 mins of Planned Mobility equals +2 points (this is not a treatment to a niggle or injury, actual time spent working on mobility or flexibility.
So in the table below we show a week where you workout 3 times.</div><div>Even when you Sleep all 7 nights more that 7.5 hours, eat well 5 days a week, take a 30 min walk and fit in one 10 min mobility session your are still 1 point short of meeting your recovery deficit for the 3 workouts.

This is a good general rule of thumb. We will introduce other factors you can add to the equation as the weeks go on to help you balance out the Training and Recovery equation.</div>
